Full service Centerless and OD Grinding Department inspects
all parts with Super Micrometers, Indicator Gages, and
a Gage Master GM4 Comparator using a 50-power lens.
Captives, ED. S, Undercuts, Thru Feed, Bar stock, bushings,
holding concentricity with in .0002 and many other various
types.

THREAD ROLLING DEPARTMENT
Offers customers M and J form threads, right or left handed
threads and straight or diamond knurls. Threads are checked
by certified gages and thread rolled with single element
ribs for the quality inspection our customers deserve.
Capable of rolling thread sizes from 0-80 Threads and
everything in between to 5/8 inch diameter Length capability
.060 to 4 inch in thread length.

CNC MILLING /TURNING / SCREW MACHINES
Is able to machine up to 2-inch stock and make parts complete.
Set up for long or short runs. Exotic materials Titanium,
A286, Fiberglass, Plastic, Chrome plated materials, Brass,
Aluminum, and all Stainless.

DRILLING FOR VENTING OR PIN SETTING
Automatic and semi-automatic drilling presses can drill
through fastener sizes range from 0-80 through 4"
diameters.
